Any refund will be less the original shipping cost to Jeanette Maree ($15 within Australia and $25 internationally).

We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 3 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault, not due to wear.
If the item is deemed to be as a result of wear, a small repair fee and postal charges will be payable.
