Conditions of use:
The Jeanette Maree web site is owned and operated by Jeanette Maree Pty Ltd. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jeanette Maree website and the purchase of any goods or service from Jeanette Maree. By placing an order with Jeanette Maree, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, do not purchase through the Jeanette Maree website.

Prices:
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Repairs:
We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned with proof of purchase, within 12 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault. A fee will apply along with postage fees for items returned outside this period or not deemed a manufac­turing fault.

Product display colours:
Jeanette Maree attempts to represent and display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Jeanette Maree cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.  For more information please refer to our page on Finishes.

Jeanette Maree is the copyright owner of the content of the website or is licensed by the copyright owner to use the content on the website. Except as permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) no part of the website may be reproduced, adapted, performed in public or transmitted in any form by any process (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without the specific prior written consent of Jeanette Maree (excluding permissions below).

Jeanette Maree is not responsible for the accuracy of any information on any Other Website provided by third parties. Any link to another Website is provided as a convenience to users of this Site and are accessed at your own risk. Governing law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.

Returns / Cancellation Policy:

If you are unhappy with an item you may exchange it within 14 days.  Item/s must be returned in the condition which they were purchased, unworn, with tags still attached (if applicable) and with original receipt.

There is no exchange on sale items and please note that due to health and hygiene regulations we are unable to accept any return or exchange of earrings.  Sale items are either samples, end of season or display stock and may have been on shop display for a significant length of time. These Sale Items are therefore offered at a significant discount. In choosing to purchase any sale item, you acknowledge the condition of the item and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund, credit note or exchange other than provided for by law.

Standard Orders:  Changes or cancellation of orders should be made within 48 hours as processing will already have commenced.  If cancellation is made after this time and before we have notified you that your order is ready, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. [A standard order has no alterations or changes to design of the items.]

Bespoke Orders:  Changes or cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours as production will already have commenced.  After this time the order can not be cancelled.  Bespoke orders require a deposit of 50%. [Bespoke orders means that we have altered or specially designed items specifically for you.]

Please understand Jeanette Maree can not be responsible for a customers change of mind.
