How do I return an item?
Returns / Cancellation Policy:
If you are unhappy with an item you may exchange it within 14 days. Item/s must be returned in the condition which they were purchased, unworn, with tags still attached (if applicable) and with original receipt.
There is no exchange on sale items and please note that due to health and hygiene regulations we are unable to accept any return or exchange of earrings. Bespoke Orders: Changes or cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours as production will already have commenced. After this time the order can not be cancelled. Bespoke orders require a deposit of 50%. [Bespoke orders means that we have altered or specially designed items specifically for you.]
