I just wanted to send a special note of thanks to you for helping make my wedding day truly special with your stunning jewellery. From the moment I walked in to your shop, it was obvious that you are not only a true professional and extremely gifted, but you were absolutely passionate about making sure I would 'love' the pieces I chose for my big day. Whilst it was almost closing time when I found your shop, you spent a significant amount of time helping me to find exactly what I wanted, and never once made me feel rushed. More particularly, I valued your honesty and expertise around what pieces would work best for my style and colouring, whilst making sure the jewellery was within my budget - ensuring I was completely happy with my purchase.
When the colour tone of the earrings in the shop didn't quite match the headpiece I had chosen, you quickly went out the back and made a pair to match perfectly! What exceptional customer service - and often so rare these days!!
Everyone commented on how beautiful the jewellery was on the day, and how perfect a match it was to the dress. Including my 5yr old niece, who told my sister that she especially loved the 'cornflake' in my hair as it made me look like a princess, and when she gets married she wanted a cornflake in her hair too!! When my sister questioned her on the 'cornflake', she said, "you know, the cornflakes that fall from the sky when it's snowing"!! You've got to love kids!!

Dear Jeanette,                                                                                                                                                                                  I can’t thank you enough for turning my imaginative and wild idea into a reality on my wedding day. I woke up one morning and had the idea of putting my partner’s name on the back of my dress– and yes– my whole family thought I was being outrageous and that there wouldn’t be anyone who could do that. Well they were right– until I met you. You were able to give me the comfort of knowing that my idea for the bridal dress can in fact be a reality.  More importantly, you made me feel at ease as you gave me options for the type of materials to use. I admire your professionalism, talent, creativity, style and exceptional customer service skills as you went out of your way to make this happen for me. Your beautiful and detailed creation sure did give my dress the “wow” factor on the big day. Everyone was amazed by the personalised style of the dress, and kept asking me ‘how did you do that’ because it completely complimented the whole look of the dress. My husband discovered it after the church and couldn’t believe such a piece could be made!  I had more pictures taken of my back than anything else. You should be on every wedding plan list as it is a must to see you! You created something that was personalised, a true piece of art and it is something that I will cherish forever. I just wanted to send a quick email to say thanks to you and all your staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the past few months. You may or may not recall but I had a belt and a few other pieces of jewellery made from you for my wedding dress in November last year. I recently got the pieces re-worked into a necklace and broach which are now beautiful pieces I can wear out and make some use of the dress! I also got a necklace made up for a good friend who is also getting married in the UK which I can't go to nor could she come to my wedding, so she can have a piece of my day to keep with her. As you can see the belt looked amazing in the sun! So sparkly!

I stumbled across your beautiful shop when looking for bridal shoes across the road. I made my fiance wait in the car, while I talked about the wedding dress and what would complete the style.
